- While you are preparing food , keep in mind to include all rasas i.e tastes such as sweet,sour,salty,bitter,pungent.
- Always take warm & fluid food with moderate quantity of fat. Avoid eating items that are kept overnight after cooking.
- Don't consume food when you are under stress or any emotioanl upheavel as it hampers your digestion. When you are in such a state before your meal, just wait for a while , take some long breaths and bring your mind to food.
- Don't speak while eating. Not many of us follow as we think this as our prime discussion time but we need to get rid of this habit.
- Never take shower or bath immedaitely after eating. Wait atleast 2-3 hrs.
- Avoid vigrous form of excercise after food.
- Dink shortly before meals or one hour later.
